The Greater Chicago Area GFI ministry team exists to help individuals, families and churches facilitate the teaching of GFI curricula.  We serve as a local contact to connect interested families to churches who are offering GFI classes.  The greater Chicago Area has been defined, for the purpose of this ministry, to include NW Indiana and Chicago with all of its suburbs.

The Growing Families International (GFI) National Ministry staff has appointed Area Coordinators to oversee the GFI ministry in their community.  The role of the Area Coordinator is to serve the needs of GFI parenting class leaders, churches offering classes, and class alumni. GFI also appoints "Key Couples" to help the Area Coordinators plan, implement alumni events, and conferences. Area Coordinators work under the direction of Joey & Carla Link, GFI National Ministry Overseers.
